Ten Pin Bowling at Ashmore Bowling Centre, 137 Currumburra Road, Ashmore.
Tuesday fortnightly. Commencing at 1.30 pm.

Join the 500 session, arrive 1.30 pm on Wednesdays at the Surfers Paradise Golf Club. Other games considered.
Beach Walk & Brekkie - You can walk the beach or the footpath. Weekly on Thursdays.
Blokes meet for tennis at PCYC Monaco St Broadbeach every Thursday morning from 9am to 10:30am followed by social session at Coffee Sisters and every second Tuesday evening from 7pm to 8:30pm followed by drinks. $5 charge for each session.
Bowls, fortnightly on Thursdays at 3.00 pm.

Bowls from only $7.00 per day if you join the Bowls club with an annual fee of $140 and play say 20 games a year. (there are no green fees) but for non-members it costs $15.00 per game.

BL General meeting and lunch, held at Mermaid Waters Hotel, Cnr Markeri St & Sunshine Blvd, Mermaid Waters, QLD 4218. Meeting commences at 11:00 am in the downstairs Oriana conference room, so please arrive earlier if possible. Lunch must be ordered before the meeting.
2pm for 2:30pm start
Court hire is $5 and bat hire is $6

The Royal Queensland Show is more popularly referred to as “the Ekka Show,” “Ekka” being a kind of abbreviation for “exhibition.” The show is held annually for 10 days straight in early to mid-August. It was originally called “the Brisbane Exhibition,” and it is still held on the Brisbane Exhibition Ground in Bowen Hills, a suburb of Brisbane only about a kilometer from the city center.
