Blokes Lounge Inc. Membership Application

Welcome to our Join Us page, we look forward to meeting you soon. To become a member of Blokes Lounge Inc. you need to complete this online application form and attend one of our Tuesday Blokes Lounge lunch/meetings or introduce yourself at an Activity Group. You will find details on the Calendar and on arrival just make yourself known.  A further requirement for membership approval is to have two Blokes Lounge members as proposer and seconder. While your membership application is being considered you may attend as a visitor. For help or advice, you can call one of the visitor hosts listed on the Contact Us page.

Once approved as a member of the Blokes Lounge you will be advised by email and granted full access to this website, our meetings, events and numerous activities.

Optional medical history:  If you wish to record any life-threatening medical history or condition – along with any prescribed medications and dosages that would help in any emergency, you can place these details in a sealed envelope with your name on the front.  Hand this information to the Secretary and it will be held in strict confidence and supplied only to medical officers upon request.

Information supplied:  Please note that all information supplied will be held in strict confidence in accordance with the Blokes Lounge Inc. Model Rules and Privacy Policy and any subsequent amendments.

Additional information:  The information supplied along with your photograph will be made available to all current members of the Blokes Lounge Inc. on a strictly confidential basis to encourage social interaction. Please be as detailed as you wish so members can find others with common interests.
